Breastfeeding education comes first to help you feel informed and confident. Prenatal preparation then gives us time to get acquainted, discuss your health history and feeding goals, and develop a personalized plan to help you get off to a strong start.

After your baby arrives, I provide support with positioning, latching, pumping, protecting your milk supply, along with guidance on what to expect as your milk changes, and more.
